Customer Telecommunications Agreement and TCPA Consent

As used herein, the term "you" refers to the business loan applicant (the "Applicant"), regardless of whether the Applicant is submitting the credit application on its own behalf or whether an agent of the Applicant is submitting the application on the Applicant's behalf.

Customer Telecommunications Agreement

• You expressly consent to be contacted by us, our agents, representatives, affiliates, or anyone else calling on our behalf for any purposes related to this loan application or servicing of the related account, including collection related activities.
• You agree to be contacted at any telephone number, including cellular or mobile telephone numbers, directly dialed or forwarded to a mobile device, that we can reasonably associate with your account (through skip trace, caller ID capture, or other means). You also agree that we may contact you by SMS text messages.
• You understand that your cellular or mobile telephone provider may charge you according to the type of plan you carry.
• You acknowledge and agree that these calls and SMS text messages may be delivered using an automatic telephone dialing system.
• You represent that the telephone numbers you have provided to us are numbers you customarily use and are authorized to use.
• You agree to alert us whenever you stop using a particular telephone number.

TCPA Agreement and Telemarketing Consent

You expressly consent to be contacted by us, our agents, representatives, affiliates, or anyone calling on our behalf for telemarketing purposes (the "Growth Fund Partners Parties"). You agree that:

1. The Growth Fund Partners Parties may call or SMS text message you at the numbers and addresses you have provided for purposes of describing goods and services that may be of interest to you and offered by us, our affiliates and/or third parties;
2. These calls and texts may be made using an automatic telephone dialing system.

Your consent, if provided, will be effective even if the number you have provided is registered on any state or federal Do-Not-Call (DNC) list.

You also understand that your cellular or mobile telephone provider may charge you according to the type of plan you carry.

Opting Out

You may opt-out of receiving telemarketing calls at any time. To revoke consent, contact us via:
